Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date that you received your order. All returned items must be in their original condition; shrink-wrapped products must be unopened. Any CD, DVD, download card, or other media that has been unsealed or opened is non-returnable.

A refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges will only be made for damaged or defective merchandise. Damage caused in transit must be documented and declared to the carrier at the time of delivery.

To return or exchange an item, please send an email to info@armchairdrummer.com with your order number and reason for return. Within 2 business days we will issue a return authorization number and mailing instructions. Customers are responsible for return postage.
